• Suppliers of health policy: Obligated to establish provisions to inspect immigration detention facilities.
• Demanders of health policy: Organizations and interest groups have spent a lot of time and money on efforts to enhance the health of immigrants.
• Purchasers of health policy: Detainees spend a lot of money pursuing healthcare services.
• Communities and individuals: Detainees suffer from medical neglect, crowded living conditions, and lack of access to mental health services (Sánchez, 2024).
